He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of ShareThis, Inc. and connXus Holdings, LLC. He serves on the boards of Partnership for a Drug Free America and the National Advisory Board of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Inc.
He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration of Yale University 2004-2005. Mr. Pepper is a Fellow of The Yale Corporation and a Trustee of the Christ Church Endowment Fund.
He holds a BA from Yale University in 1960 and holds honorary Doctorate degrees from Yale University, Ohio State University, Xavier University, Mount St. Joseph College and St. Petersburg University (Russia).
