Over the past 100 years, the mission of the Church Pension Group (CPG) has been to provide comprehensive retirement and health benefits to clergy and lay employees of the Episcopal Church. Join CPG’s Senior Vice President, Laurie Kazilionis, as she provides the members of BEST with a CPG strategic update. In addition to an overview, Laurie will share information about expanded account management services for both domestic and international diocesan leaders, discuss CPG’s focus on lay employees, and provide an ordination officer update. The session will include time for questions and conversation.
Combining the diocesan or parish message and the medium can be a challenge. How do you determine a balance while taking advantage of all the tools available: social media, websites, newsletters, e-bulletins, etc. How can you transform your message — the look, the feel, and the content — to make it current and relevant. How do you manage all the data and information? This session will cover the topics most pressing for you. Jessica and Tammie will use their combined communications, marketing, branding, and technology experience to help you find answers to your questions. They’ll share what has worked and what pitfalls to avoid.
What’s the forecast for your financial future? The outlook is brighter when you are financially well. Financial wellness occurs when you are able to save for goals, manage hardships, and enjoy a standard of living that’s right for you.
In this workshop, we will discuss what we know about women and money. You will learn the skills needed to become financially well. Utilizing four connected steps, participants will explore their current financial situation and uncover ways to become more financially secure. This presentation is applicable for those who are saving for retirement, getting ready to retire and those who are retired.
